Abstract


Ronald Gordon Cant was born on 16 December 1908 in Karachi, India (now Pakistan), the son of the Rev. Alan Cant, chaplain of the Church of Scotland in the Indian Ecclesiastical Establishment, and Mary Bryce, from a west of Scotland family.
