Abstract


The author discusses the excavation of a barrow that was removed by railway workers laying a new railway line. He covers the cist’s dimensions, as well as the artefacts that were unearthed there. He goes on to focus on a glass bead that was discovered at this site and compares it to other similar beads from across the Highlands.
