Abstract

After the election of new Fellows, it was noted that there were several prominent vacancies in the Council at the start of this session. Obituaries were read for several notable Fellows who died during the previous session, including a frequent contributor to the Proceedings John Alexander Smith. The annual report on the number of visitors and donations to the Society's museum was then read.
