Abstract

At the Anniversary meeting the annual report was delivered detailing the number of visitors to the museum, the number of deceased and elected fellows, and the donations presented to the museum and library.

 

Meeting notes for 11 December, 1871 are appended. Included in these notes is an extract from a paper read to the Royal Society titled 'Additional Notes on the Occurrence of the Sperm Whale in the Scottish Seas'.
