Abstract

Arthur Mitchell summarises the excavations at Buchaam and Glenkidie in Aberdeenshire, as related to him by a series of letters from the excavator. The dimensions of each site and the finds from both sites are noted, as is the excavator’s suggestion for how these sites may have been constructed.

Meeting notes for 14 April, 1862 are appended.
