Abstract

A stone cist was revealed on a shingle beach following a storm. The cist revealed the remains of a male skeleton and what the author believed to be a flint spearhead. The article goes on to place this discovery in the context of other cists uncovered in the area and concludes with the author's views on the dating of these burials.
