Abstract

A letter from Dr Daniel Wilson in Toronto describing the Quigrich of Saint Fillan, a Scottish artefact owned by Alexander Dewar. Wilson is disappointed by the Society's rejection of his earlier proposal to buy the Quigrich from Mr Dewar, which was rejected due to the high asking price.

Meeting notes for 19 April, 1859 are appended.
